Refund Policy
Last updated: 13 August 2026
This Refund Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions. It applies to all purchases made on the Markets Maverick platform (the "Platform"), operated by Puncak Renoraz Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No. 1498818-V) ("Company", "we", "us").
General Policy: All Sales Are Final
Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately upon successful payment, all purchases and subscriptions on the Platform are non-refundable, except where expressly stated in this policy, or where a refund is required under applicable Malaysian law. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Courses
Once a course has been purchased or access has been granted (including via MTA membership), and you have opened, started, or played any lesson, video, or material within that course, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable. This applies regardless of how much of the course you have completed — accessing even a single lesson is treated as having consumed the digital product.
2. Trade Ideas Subscription
The Trade Ideas subscription (currently RM800.00 per month) is strictly non-refundable once a billing period has started, regardless of how many trade ideas were published, viewed, or acted upon during that period. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; access and billing already in effect for the current period will not be refunded or prorated.
3. Seminars & Webinars
Once you have joined or attended a seminar, webinar, or event — whether in person or online — your registration fee becomes final and non-refundable, regardless of how much of the session you attended. A cancellation request made before the session starts, where you have not yet joined, may be considered at the Company's sole discretion, but is not guaranteed and is not owed as of right.
4. MTA Membership & Other Purchases
MTA membership subscriptions, one-off MTA offers, and merchandise purchases are likewise non-refundable once payment is completed and access or the order is confirmed, except where a physical merchandise item arrives defective or materially different from its description — in which case a replacement, store credit, or refund may be offered at the Company's discretion, subject to the item being reported within a reasonable time and any applicable rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia).
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of access to all purchased content, in addition to any other remedies available to the Company.
6. Exceptions & Company Discretion
The Company may, at its sole and absolute discretion, approve a refund or credit outside of this policy on a case-by-case basis (for example, a confirmed duplicate charge or a technical error on our part). Any such exception does not create an obligation to grant the same or similar exception in future, and does not waive any part of this policy.
7. How to Request Something Under This Policy
Contact us at our official Markets Maverick email address with your account email, the item purchased, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within a reasonable time, but a response or review does not guarantee a refund will be granted.
8. Changes to This Policy
The Company reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time at its sole discretion. Changes apply prospectively to purchases made after the change takes effect; they do not retroactively grant refund rights for past purchases.
