Last updated: 5 August 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Markets Maverick website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by Puncak Renoraz Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No. 1498818-V), a company incorporated in Malaysia ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
⚠️ Important Financial Disclaimer
All content made available on the Platform — including but not limited to courses, seminars, webinars, articles, videos, notes, live sessions, and any communication by educators or staff — is provided strictly for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes, and should not be construed as, financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, or professional advice, nor a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, currency, commodity, or other financial instrument. Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the potential loss of your entire capital, and are not suitable for everyone. Past performance, hypothetical results, testimonials, and case studies shown on the Platform are not indicative or a guarantee of future results. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any financial decision, and you should consult a licensed financial advisor before acting on any information obtained from the Platform. Neither the Company, its officers, employees, nor any educator affiliated with the Platform is acting as your fiduciary, broker, or personal advisor.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules posted on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Definitions

- Educator — a user authorized to publish, sell, or deliver courses, seminars, or webinars on the Platform.
- Student / User — any individual who registers for, accesses, or purchases content on the Platform.
- Content — all video, audio, text, notes, documents, graphics, and other material made available on the Platform, whether by the Company or by an Educator.
- Affiliate — a user approved to refer new users to the Platform in exchange for commission.
3. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to register for an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to promptly update such information as necessary. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4. Educator Terms & Content Responsibility
Educators are independent content providers and are not employees, partners, joint venturers, or agents of the Company. The Company does not review, endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or quality of any Content published by Educators. Educators are solely and fully responsible for the Content they publish, including ensuring it does not infringe any third-party rights, does not constitute unlicensed financial advice, and complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including any licensing requirements under the Securities Commission Malaysia or other relevant authorities. The Company disclaims all liability for any Educator's Content, statements, conduct, or advice, whether made on or off the Platform.
5. Subscriptions, Fees & Payment
Educators are charged a recurring platform access subscription fee ("MTA", currently RM400.00 per year, subject to change at the Company's discretion with reasonable prior notice), processed securely through Stripe or another authorized payment processor. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Individual course and seminar purchases are billed separately at the price displayed at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by the Company. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. The Company reserves the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not affect fees already paid for a current billing period.
6. No Refund & Chargeback Policy
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of the Content, all sales are final and no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued once access to a course, seminar, webinar, or subscription has been granted, except at the sole discretion of the Company or as required by law. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the Company may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of access to all purchased Content.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All Content, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and other materials on the Platform are the property of the Company or the respective Educator and are protected by Malaysian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view purchased Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, record, download, distribute, publicly display, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Content without prior written consent from the Company or the relevant Educator. Any unauthorized use immediately terminates the license granted and may subject you to civil and criminal liability.
8. Affiliate Program Terms
Participation in the affiliate program is subject to approval by the Company and may be suspended, revoked, or terminated at the Company's sole discretion at any time, including for suspected fraud, self-referral, abuse of promotional codes, or violation of these Terms. Commission rates and rounding rules are set by the Company and may be changed at any time without prior notice; changes apply prospectively. Commissions are provisional until reviewed, confirmed, and approved by the Company, and do not constitute a vested or guaranteed right until paid out. The Company may withhold, adjust, or reverse any commission associated with a refunded, disputed, cancelled, or fraudulent transaction. The affiliate relationship does not create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship between the Affiliate and the Company.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data on the Platform;
- Upload viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the Platform;
- Share, resell, or provide access to your account or purchased Content to any third party;
- Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Platform without authorization;
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Use the Platform to promote or solicit any unlicensed financial scheme, Ponzi scheme, or fraudulent investment opportunity.
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of any unpaid commissions, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
10. Third-Party Services & Links
The Platform may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites, services, or payment processors (including Stripe) that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service, and your use of such services is entirely at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Company does not warrant or guarantee any specific results, including any financial gain, from your use of the Platform or reliance on any Content.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, Educators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or trading/investment losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform or any Content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the Company's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount actually paid by you to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and Educators from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) any financial, trading, or investment decision you make based on Content accessed through the Platform.
14. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform and any Content will immediately cease, and no refund will be issued for any unused subscription period or Content. Sections of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) shall survive.
15. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disaster, war, terrorism, riots, internet or telecommunications failure, government action, or failure of third-party service providers.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of Malaysia, to whose exclusive jurisdiction you irrevocably submit.
17. Changes to These Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
18. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Platform and supersede any prior agreements. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. The Company's failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
19. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without the Company's prior written consent. The Company may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
