Seminar & Webinar Terms

These Seminar & Webinar Terms ("Terms") govern your registration for any live seminar or webinar ("Session") on the Markets Maverick platform, operated by Puncak Renoraz Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No. 1498818-V) ("Company", "we"). They should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, which continue to apply in full. By registering for a Session, you accept these Terms, and the date and time of your acceptance is recorded against your registration.
Smart Money Concept (SMC) Sessions: No Refund, No Replacement, No Recording
If a Session is labelled or marketed as a Smart Money Concept (SMC) seminar or webinar, it is not recorded, there is no replay or replacement copy of any kind, and there is no replacement or makeup class if you miss it or leave early, for any reason. Attendance is live-only. As set out in our Terms & Conditions, all sales are final and no refund will be given for a missed, partially attended, or fully attended SMC Session.
1. Live Attendance Only
Unless the Session's own listing expressly states otherwise, no Session is recorded and no replay, transcript, or replacement copy is made available afterward. You are responsible for attending at the scheduled time; technical issues on your end (internet connection, device problems, or similar) do not entitle you to a refund, replacement seat, or recording.
2. No Replacement or Makeup Class
If you miss a Session, in whole or in part, no replacement seat, makeup class, or credit toward a future Session will be provided, except where a specific Session's own listing expressly offers a reschedule option. This applies regardless of the reason for missing the Session.
3. No Refunds
All Session fees are non-refundable once registration is confirmed, consistent with the No Refund & Chargeback Policy in our Terms & Conditions. This applies whether or not you attend, and regardless of the reason for non-attendance.
4. No Recording or Redistribution by Attendees
You may not record, screen-capture, livestream, photograph, or otherwise reproduce any part of a Session, or share, publish, or redistribute any such material, without the Company's prior written consent. This is consistent with, and in addition to, the Intellectual Property Rights section of our Terms & Conditions. A Session is for your own personal, non-commercial learning only and may not be resold, shared, or used to train or brief anyone who has not registered.
5. Educational Purpose Only — No Guarantee of Results
A Session is provided strictly for general educational and informational purposes. Nothing taught or discussed during a Session is a trading signal, recommendation, or instruction to enter any trade. Trading FCPO and other derivatives involves substantial risk, including the potential loss of your entire capital, and is not suitable for everyone. Any win-rate, performance statistic, or track record referenced during a Session reflects historical outcomes only and is not a guarantee or prediction of future results. Any decision to act on anything taught is made entirely at your own discretion and risk.
6. Rescheduling or Cancellation by the Company
The Company may reschedule, postpone, change the format of (e.g. in-person to online), or cancel a Session at any time for reasons including but not limited to low enrollment, speaker unavailability, technical failure, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control. If the Company cancels a Session outright (rather than merely rescheduling it), you will be offered a seat at a future equivalent Session or, at the Company's sole discretion, a refund.
7. Conduct
The Company may remove any attendee from a Session, and terminate that attendee's access without a refund, for disruptive, abusive, or unlawful conduct, or for violating these Terms or the Company's Terms & Conditions.
8. No Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and educators are not liable for any loss, damage, or trading outcome arising from your attendance at, or reliance on, any Session, including losses beyond your initial capital. This is consistent with the Limitation of Liability and Indemnification sections of our Terms & Conditions, which apply in full to your registration for a Session.
9. Changes to These Terms
The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continuing to register for Sessions after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
